At Union Marine, we believe that a strong fishing industry depends on more than what happens at sea. It requires dependable infrastructure, efficient logistics, responsible resource management and, above all, people working together towards a common purpose.

As a Namibian marine services and infrastructure business, we play an important role in connecting the ocean to the market to ensure food security and that affordable protein reach our regions' families.

Through our port services, warehousing, cold storage and berthing facilities, we support the movement, handling and preservation of marine products, helping to protect their value throughout the supply chain.

Our commitment is further defined through three interconnected pillars: Ocean. Fish. People. Together, they define our responsibilities, guide our decisions and reflect our commitment to creating lasting value for our industry, our people and Namibia.

Ensure food security and access to affordable protein for our region.

The value of fish extends beyond the catch. It represents an important source of affordable protein, contributes to food security and supports economic activity across Namibia and beyond.

Through reliable infrastructure, efficient handling, temperature-controlled storage and integrated marine services, we help preserve product quality, minimise avoidable losses and support the journey from our Ocean to our Namibian and African families. We have been able to feed more than a million families a day.

For us, sustainability means protecting the value of today's resources while simultaneously strengthening the industry's ability to continue delivering tomorrow.
